All information about each excursion (duration, price, etc.) is available in detail in the menu on our website.
Participation in an excursion
Through our website, the customer can make a reservation for the excursion they are interested in by filling in all the necessary fields with the requested information. Participants must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
Customer obligations
All participants must be at the starting point of the tour at least fifteen minutes before the departure time. When a customer misses the trip due to their own delay or negligence, they cannot claim any refund or other compensation. Excursion participants must comply with the rules/instructions of the tour guide aimed to the safety of customers/passengers.
Pets
The presence of pets is not allowed as there may be objections from other passengers.
Payment
Upon completion of the reservation, the customer is required to pay the entire amount due using a debit, credit, or prepaid card. To make the payment, the customer is transferred to the secure environment of the PAYPAL COMMERCE PLATFORM (see details below).
Secure environment of Alpha Bank
All card payments are processed through the PAYPAL COMMERCE PLATFORM electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128-bit encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encrypt information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
Cancellation/refund policy
– Up to 1 day (24 hours) before departure.
In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount is refundable. In case of cancellation and selection of another available date, no charge is expected.
– Within the last 24 hours before departure.
In case of cancellation, the amount paid is non-refundable. No changes are possible.
No compensation is provided for the cancellation of the travel package when the organizer demonstrates that the lack of conformity is attributable to force majeure and fortuitous event.
* In case of cancellation of the excursion by us due to weather conditions or other reasons, such as the failure to reach the minimum number of participants (set at 5 adults), a change of time and/or a 100% refund of the amount is offered.
